MICROFINS support by the partner shall be as per the terms
of 'Service Agreement' between customer and the partner.

Customers can directly subscribe to 'Help Desk' from MICROFINS.com
for support through online trouble ticket system.
|
|
The 'Help Desk' is a paid service and is not compulsory for the customers to subscribe
at the time of MICROFINS license purchase.
The service is available to customers at very economical rates and it is to provide
better support services to the licensed customers of the MICROFINS.
The MicroFinS upgrades shall only be available through HelpDesk.
