MicroFinS stands for ‘Micro Finance Software’. It’s a complete software solution which automates the banking activities in Microfinance institutions like:

What is the licensing policy of MicroFinS?
 

MicroFinS has branch-wise (Installation) Licensing policy. For Ex. A bank with 2 branches of 5 users each shall require to buy 2 No. MicroFinS five users license and not 1 No. MicroFinS Ten users License.

What is the policy and price for the Product Upgrades, Online Support?
 

For 1 year from the date of issue of MicroFinS license, the patches/upgrades released for the selected version are made freely available to the customers by MicroFinS customer support team.

 

After 1st year, the customer shall have to pay Annual Maintenance Charges for MicroFinS software. If the customer has given AMC to MicroFinS, the product upgrades and online support shall be made available to the customers in this AMC period by the MicroFinS customer support team.

What are the hardware requirements for MicroFinS installation?
 

The client computer configuration (OR computer specification for single user pack) for MicroFinS installation.

  The server for Multi User Pack requires Windows XP Professional OR Windows Server 2003 OS for MicroFinS installation. The SERVER hardware configuration depends on the no. of computers in LAN.
What are the other requirements for MicroFinS installation?
  The MicroFinS uses MS SQL Express 2005 up to 4 no. of users. To scale up beyond 4 no. of users, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 is required.

How will be the online training conducted?
 

The online training is conducted through web meeting. The system requirements for online training are available at onlinetraining section  . The customer shall ensure the availability of trainees at the time slot decided for the training. A web meeting invitation shall be sent to the customer email address for joining online training. If the online training is to be provided to batch of trainees in a single session, then customer shall arrange and test the LCD Projector and speakers (connected to web meeting computer) before the session starts.

There are three ways by which customers can avail post sales support for MicroFinS.

 
Online Support by subscribing to ‘Help Desk’ available at MicroFinS.com
Onsite Support from MicroFinS authorized partner. The customer shall sign ‘Service/Works Order’ with the partner for this purpose.
Onsite Support by MicroFinS team directly. A separate “Service/Works Order’ shall be given by the customer for this purpose.

To evaluate MicroFinS, customers can buy single user pack. However, the online demonstration can be arranged by MicroFinS team on request

How the MicroFinS licensed copy shall be delivered to the customer?
  After purchase of MicroFinS License, customer is requested to submit the required License information online. Upon submission of this information, the license key and installtion package shall be sent to customer by email.
